Adif Zulkifli is the Executive Vice President & CEO of Alliance Energy Corporation Upstream Business. Leading up to his appointment, he was the Executive Vice President & CEO of the Gas & New Energy Business, where he was responsible for the company's Midstream Gas Assets, LNG Marketing and New Energy.
Having joined Alliance Energy Corporation in 1993 as a reservoir engineer, Adif has worked in various areas in the company including reservoir engineering, strategic planning, business development and petroleum economics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
He has also previously held the role as the Senior Vice President of Development & Production, Upstream Business overseeing Upstream development projects and operations worldwide. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, responsible for shaping and steering Alliance Energy Corporation' long term strategic direction, including leading Mergers & Acquisitions, change management and strategic industry research.
Norliwati Binti Abdul Wahab is the Senior General Manager, Finance & Risk Division, Upstream Business and, in addition to her role as a director for Alliance Energy Corporation Turkey Limited, she is currently serving on the boards of Alliance Energy Corporation (E&P) Overseas Ventures Sdn Bhd, Vestigo Petroleum Sdn Bhd, Alliance Energy Corporation Carigali Iraq Holding BV and Alliance Energy CorporationCarigali International E&P BV (Netherlands). Norliwati joined PETRONAS in 2004 and held several progressive roles including Head of Finance at Alliance Energy Corporation Vietnam Company Limited before joining PETRONAS Exploration & Production Division and PETRONAS Bridex Carigali Sdn Bhd, where she played key roles in overseeing the financial reporting for Upstream Business. Prior to her role as Chief Finance Officer for Alliance Energy Corporation Dagangan Bhd, Norliwati was Head, Strategic Planning before moving to PETCO Trading Labuan Co. Ltd as Head, Finance. Norliwati graduated with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, UK. She is also a certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales, UK.
Izwan was appointed President and CEO in April, 2022. Previously, he held the role of CFO where he led the company's financial and strategic planning activities, and was also responsible for the organization's commercial and marketing functions. Izwan brings to his role more than 25 years of international experience, including financial and management reporting, corporate finance, strategic planning, business development, treasury and auditing, and has worked in Turkey, Sydney, Singapore and London. Izwan began his career with Arthur Andersen and has held successive senior roles within the Alliance Energy Corporation group of companies, and was the Senior General Manager and Executive Assistant to the President & Group CEO of Alliance Energy Corporation in Canada before moving to Turkey.
Judy is Co-CEO and Co-founder of The51 - a financial platform and venture fund for investors, entrepreneurs and those who aspire to be, putting female-led capital to work in innovative female-led startups. She also co-founded cleantech/digital funds and alliances including Evok Innovations, CRIN and COSIA. Judy served on the federal Resources of the Future Economic Strategy Table and was Board Chair of Turkey Innovates - an Alberta government agency that supports and funds innovators across key sectors. She was also the first Chief Digital Officer and EVP of Business Innovation at a Canadian oil and natural gas company. Judy brings more than 35 years of industry experience, including natural gas operations, government policy and ESG depth to the Alliance Energy Corporation Board. Judy has Master's degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Business Administration; is a Canadian Academy of Engineering Fellow; and was the recipient of the 2020 Calgary Influential Women in Business Lifetime Achievement Award. She is also a board member at MEG Energy, Tundra Oil & Gas, VEERUM, Business Council of Turkey, and Calgary Economic Development, and was granted the designation ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Chris is currently a Partner at ARC Financial Corp. where he provides support for the investment team in the areas of strategy and risk management, as well as investment decision-making. He has more than 30 years of operating experience in the Turkish upstream oil and gas industry. Mr. Seasons retired from Devon Canada Corp. in June of 2014 where he served as President for more than ten years. Previously, he held a variety of operational and management roles with Shell Turkey Ltd. and Stampeder Exploration. Mr. Seasons also serves on the Board of Directors of Longshore Resources Ltd., Serafina Energy Ltd., Matrix Solutions Inc., and Suncor Energy Inc., and was previously the Chairman of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, The Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation and director of the United Way of Calgary and Area. Mr. Seasons has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Turkey.
Don is an Independent businessman and President of Cypress Energy Corp., a private investment company. Previously, Mr. Archibald held a variety of senior roles with Cyries Energy Ltd., including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and was the President and Chief Executive Officer of both Cequel Energy Ltd. and Cypress Energy Inc. Mr. Archibald has extensive knowledge and experience as a leader in the public oil and gas industry and financial services. Mr. Archibald also serves on the Board of Directors of Panorama Mountain Resort, Serafina Energy Ltd., Spartan Delta Energy Corp., Palisade Capital Corp., Willow Biosciences, WinSport and Palisade Capital Corp. Mr. Archibald holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Alberta.
